Hiatus

I am really busy this summer and will resume blog posts  in August.  Thanks for your support in the past.  I'm looking forward to resuming my blog in a couple of months.

In the meantime, Beyond Telling, by my friend Jim Churchill-Dicks, is a wonderful read.  You can access it to the right, underneath my photo.  Check out also J. Miller Rampant, which has a link there too.

Have a great summer!

Bill, Thanks so much for posting this. For a while I just felt like a slacker. I felt I wasn't trying hard enough to make more money for better health care, or find a better job. I've been a very hard worker my whole life and it disgusts me to see exactly how many people are deeply affected by this. It saddens me that we have built a society who cares more about capitalism than having a healthy community where it's citizens take care of one another. Even with no lapse in insurance coverage, I cannot find a company that will cover me without exclusions because I recently had surgery. I'm worried I will be stuck with a "disaster" health plan until the government takes effective action. I'm truly sorry to all who are struggling with this, and I'm sorry our number is so great.

It's been a long time... so wonderful to see Dan's face here. Thanks again. xoxo
